At HOLI, your wellness and satisfaction are deeply important to us. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us at support@holi-tea.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to make it right with a replacement or store credit, depending on the issue.
Because our teas are considered food items, we cannot accept returns for safety and health reasons — even if unopened. We appreciate your understanding and support of our commitment to product integrity and customer care.
