Order Processing
All orders are processed and fulfilled by our third-party logistics partner, ShipBob. Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days from the time of purchase, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information to follow your delivery in real time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping speed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We are working to expand to international customers soon — stay tuned!
Carrier Details
ShipBob partners with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Carrier selection may vary based on your delivery location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. HOLI is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it arrives damaged, contact us at support@holi-tea.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with ShipBob and the carrier to resolve the issue.
